The complete CMS OpenPayments record of pharmaceutical and device-maker payments to US physicians, cleaned and deduplicated, keyed to physician NPI with normalized names, payer, product (NDC), amount, form, and nature of payment on every record.
Parcel ownership records with owner mailing addresses compiled from county assessor and land-record sources across 25 states: owner and normalized owner name, mailing and situs addresses, sale history with prices, assessed and market values, acreage, property type, and owner-occupied and homestead flags.
Each dataset lists in two forms. The trial listing is free and carries a complete slice of the data — for physician payments, the complete 2024 program year; for parcels, the complete Vermont and Wyoming records — so you can validate structure and coverage in your own Snowflake account before committing. The full dataset carries every record in scope and is available by subscription. Both share the same columns, so a query written against the trial runs unchanged against the full table.
