Everything You Need to Raise More

From prospecting to donor management to outreach, Civly gives your campaign a fundraising edge that traditional tools can't match.

Donor Prospecting

Search 4.9M+ deduplicated donor profiles built from federal and state campaign finance data. Filter by party, capacity, occupation, employer, and giving history to surface your best prospects.

Enriched Dossiers

AI builds a profile on every donor: lifetime giving history, party alignment, key issues, personality signals, recent news, and verified email and phone.

Civly Connect CRM

A CRM built for campaigns — contacts, notes, and activity history on a visual New → Won pipeline, with tasks, reminders, and Google Calendar sync.

AI Email Campaigns

Generate personalized donation asks, then auto-enroll recipients in follow-up sequences that unenroll the moment someone replies, bounces, or unsubscribes.

Power Dialer

Call time, supercharged. AI-personalized call scripts per contact, funnel tracking, call logging, and automated follow-up emails after every call.

Verified Data

Every email is deliverability-checked and every mobile passes two L2 gates — an A+ identity match to the national voter file and the top phone-reliability score — before it reaches your team.

Donor Expansion

Everything above is built to find donors you don't have yet. Donor Expansion works the other direction — it takes the list you already have and shows you which of those supporters give at a major-donor level.

1

Send your list

Export your donors from whatever you use today. We work from name, city, and state — that's all it takes to start.

2

We match it

Every name runs against Civly's donor database, and each match's giving history is pulled from state filings and federal records.

3

We rank it

Your list comes back ordered by total demonstrated giving — how much each person gives to political causes overall.

4

You get the file

A spreadsheet plus a written briefing from our team, ready to hand your finance director.

What comes back on every name

Total giving, state and federal — lifetime contributions from state filings and FEC records combined, with each half broken out.

Growth signal — whether what they've given since 2021 outweighs everything they gave before it.

Depth and reach — separate contribution counts on the state and federal side, how many states they give in, and their first and last gift on record.

Party lean — the share of their giving that went to Democratic committees.

Federal committees they also fund — a sample of the other committees receiving their federal contributions.

Contact on file — the email and phone Civly already holds for them, each carrying its confidence label. Where we don't have one, the briefing says so.

Donor Expansion is produced by the Civly team on request — it isn't a self-serve button in the app. We work from names and geography; the dollar amounts in your own file are never read or stored. Matching runs against state and federal filings, so a supporter who has only ever given to a municipal race won't appear.

How We Verify the Data

From the whole public giving record down to a number you can actually dial — every contact narrows through your filters and two verification gates before it reaches your finance team.

Start Everyone in the public giving record

Campaign finance data — 4.9M+ deduplicated donor profiles.

Filter Your filters

Party and alignment, geography, giving floor, recency, capacity — the same prospecting filters you set in the app.

Gate 1 Identity

Every donor is matched to L2's national voter file. L2 grades each match from A+ down to F — we accept A+ only.

Gate 2 Phone reliability

L2 scores every cell from 1 (strongest) to 5 — we accept code 1 only. Weaker or missing means the field ships empty, never guessed.

Ready Call-ready

Verified mobile + voting profile + giving history + LinkedIn.

If a delivered number comes up disconnected, we replace it with another qualified donor at no charge.

Email Verification

  1. Gather candidates from internal records, public web search, and known patterns at the donor's employer.
  2. Validate the domain — confirm the company actually accepts mail and the format is real.
  3. Probe the mailbox safely (no email is sent). Catch-all domains and disposable services are rejected.
  4. Label confidence — mailbox-verified emails ship clean; pattern-only guesses are flagged.

Phone Verification — Two Gates, Not One

  1. Match to the voter file — every donor profile is matched against L2's national voter file, the same record campaigns run on.
  2. Gate 1: identity — L2 grades every match from A+ down to F. Only A+ matches move forward.
  3. Gate 2: phone reliability — L2 scores every cell number 1 (strongest) to 5. Only code 1 is delivered.
  4. No guessing — a weaker or missing number means the phone field ships empty, never padded with a landline or a lookalike.

Mini Dossier Pipeline

  1. Confirm identity first — anchor on name, city, state, and employer so downstream findings are about the right person.
  2. Discover the digital footprint with AI-assisted handle discovery across major social platforms.
  3. Pull recent activity in parallel — up to 20 recent posts per platform, plus news and philanthropy coverage.
  4. Pull lifetime federal giving from campaign finance records.
  5. Cross-reference every source against the identity context. Articles about a different person with the same name are flagged, not silently included.
  6. Synthesize with AI — research summary, key topics, and personality signals, all linked back to underlying sources.
  7. Score confidence so the fundraiser knows how much to trust the file before acting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the donor data come from? +
Giving histories come from public campaign finance data, federal and state, deduplicated into 4.9M+ donor profiles. Identity, voting profiles, and cell phones come from L2's national voter file, which Civly licenses — the same voter data the party committees and major vendors run on. Every field in a dossier traces back to one of those records.
How are mobile numbers verified? +
Every donor is matched to L2's national voter file, and a match counts only at L2's top grade — A+, nothing below. The cell number itself must carry L2's highest phone-reliability score, code 1 on a 1–5 scale; anything weaker ships as an empty field rather than a guess. If a delivered number comes up disconnected, we replace it with another qualified donor at no charge.
Can I import my existing donor list? +
Yes. Civly Connect supports bulk imports from CSV files, saved prospects, and existing dossiers. You can enrich your existing contacts with Civly's donor intelligence data once imported.
How is Donor Expansion different from importing my list? +
Importing brings your contacts into Civly Connect and enriches them inside the app. Donor Expansion is a managed service: you send us your donor list, our team matches it against Civly's donor database, and you get the same list back ranked by total demonstrated giving — state filings and federal records combined — so you can see which of your current supporters give at a major-donor level. It arrives as a spreadsheet plus a written briefing produced by the Civly team, not as a button in the app. Matching covers state and federal filings, so a supporter who has only ever given to a municipal race won't appear.
Is donor prospecting included with Command Center? +
Yes. Donor intelligence and CRM tools are included with Command Center, alongside social media monitoring, data analysis, and the Research War Room. Contact us for pricing.
How many donors can I process at once? +
Civly supports bulk dossier generation for hundreds of donors simultaneously. You can batch process your entire prospect list and have enriched profiles ready for your finance team within minutes.
Does Civly replace my existing CRM? +
Civly Connect is designed to be your campaign's primary CRM, eliminating the need for EveryAction or spreadsheets. Contact us about importing all your data into Civly — it's purpose-built for political campaigns with donor intelligence baked in.
