One intelligence engine.
Four arenas.

Civly finds everything knowable about the people who decide your outcome — what they posted, what is on tape, what the AI models say when someone asks. Then it hands you the contacts and the copy to act on it.

Built once. Pointed four ways.

Seven capabilities, one data layer, four arenas. Pick an arena and a capability — what changes between them is the vocabulary and the adversary, not the machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Civly.

What is Civly?

Civly is a research and monitoring platform. We find everything that is publicly knowable about a person or an organization, watch what is being said about them across social, press, review sites and AI assistants, transcribe the video and audio nobody else has indexed, and give you the verified contact data and drafted copy to act on it. We run that same engine in four arenas: political campaigns, businesses, athletics, and nonprofits.

Is Civly only for political campaigns?

No. Campaigns are where the engine was built and hardened, and Civly Politics is still a full product line. But the same research, listening, and vetting stack now runs for businesses defending a brand, for athletic departments, collectives, and agencies doing NIL due diligence, and for nonprofits matching funders and vetting the gifts they are offered.

Do the four arenas share the same platform?

Yes. Same research engine, same social and video corpus, same data layer. What differs is which sources are weighted, what a finding is graded against, and what the output is called — a research book, a competitor brief, a signing report, or a grant match. Client data is never shared between engagements.

Can I start with one product instead of the whole platform?

Most clients do. A single research report, a single vetting report, or listening on its own are all normal starting points. The pieces are built to work together, but none of them require the others.

How fast is a report?

Days, not weeks. What traditional research firms take a month or more to produce, Civly delivers in a matter of days, with every source human-verified before it ships. Rush options are available when the timeline is tighter than that.

Where does the data come from?

Public and licensed sources: campaign finance filings in nearly all 50 states plus the FEC, court and property records, corporate and regulatory filings, municipal meeting records, 13 social platforms, review sites, news, and podcast and video feeds. Every category is listed on the Data Coverage page.
