THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE WHICH 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SHALL RECEIVE A GRANT BASED ON NEED AND ALIGNMENT WITH THE BANKNEWPORT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION INC'S PURPOSE.
