TEXTRON WILL MATCH CONTRIBUTIONS BETWEEN $25 AND $7,500 PER INDIVIDUAL, PER CALENDAR YEAR, TO ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS AT A $1:$1 RATIO, FOR A MAXIMUM TEXTRON CONTRIBUTION OF $7,500. GIFTS MADE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MUST BE EQUIVALENT TO A MINIMUM OF $25 USD. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES WILL BE PAID IN THE LOCAL COUNTRY'S CURRENCY. US ORGANIZATIONS: ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES MUST BE RECOGNIZED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) AS TAX-EXEMPT AND DESIGNATED A PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRS CODE. NON US ORGANIZATIONS: ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MUST COMPLETE A VALIDATION PROCESS TO ENSURE THEY COMPLY WITH IRS REGULATIONS AND ARE EQUIVALENT TO A U.S. 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION AS DEFINED BY THE IRS.
