COMPANIES MUST MEET CRITERIA RELATED TO GEOGRAPHY, INDUSTRY, STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT, TEAM, MARKET OPPORTUNITY, AND PRIOR AND FUTURE INVESTMENT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
