Applications are reviewed bi-annually. Prior applicants may reapply one year from the date of prior submission. Decisions on funding are generally announced within 45-75 days of each application deadline.

Accordingly, the Foundation has a preference to support projects and initiatives in the following areas: (I) economic development; (II) education; (III) social and community services; (IV) culture and arts; and (V) health and wellness. The Foundation does not generally provide support for the following: political organizations; religious organizations or causes; sectarian purposes; endowments; salaries; scholarships; conferences; seminars; festivals, or similar events.
