THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE FUNDING TO QUALIFIED CHARITIES WHICH OFFER TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION TO ALLOW TARGETED PEOPLE TO BECOME MORE PRODUCTIVE AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. THE FOUNDATION WILL REVIEW AND SELECT QUALIFIED CHARITIES WITH SPECIFIC PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO TEACH THE TARGETED PEOPLE TO HELP THEMSELVES IN WORKING TOWARD SELF RELIANCE. ANNUALLY, THE FOUNDATION WILL REVIEW PROSPECTIVE PROGRAMS OF QUALIFIED CHARITIES AND SELECT PROGRAMS AND ALLOCATE FUNDING. CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS.
